Shipping Policy

Shipment is usually next working day, depending on stock availability. Items take up to 3 working days for delivery.

Next working day delivery and other rush shipping methods can be requested. However, additional rush delivery charges will be applied to your order at checkout. Expedited order requests must be received before 1.30pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on-line on Friday and weekends will be processed on Monday morning.

Delivery prices quoted are for UK Mainland only, for deliveries to UK offshore islands additional charges may apply. Please email us to discuss extra delivery charges and to obtain a unique reference number, which should be included in your ordering details.

We reserve the right to charge your debit/credit card the appropriate charge to orders placed with a delivery address outside of the UK mainland. This will apply even if you have not contacted us by email before placing your order and been given a unique reference number.

Out of stock - If goods are out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours either by telephone if number is provided or by email. (Monday - Friday).

If you are unavailable when the couriers try to deliver your goods, they will attempt to deliver again the next day, or they should leave a card telling you they have tried to deliver and to contact them to rearrange a suitable date and time.

UK Mainland Only

Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item is thought to be defective, please call us for return instructions within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to exchange the product, issue you a credit, or refund your money.

You will be responsible for returning the product to the designated location and there will be a 25% restocking fee. The amount of the credit may be further reduced depending on the condition of the merchandise.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us via email or call 0800-289-666 Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 8:00pm within 90 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange the product, issue you a credit, or refund your money.

Custom produced or imprinted items are produced to your specifications and cannot be resold. Accordingly, they are not returnable unless they are defective or there is a misprint caused by our error.
